Tropical Mango Puree, Mango Vodka, and Peach Liquor, blended with a swirl of Raspberry Puree and a splash of Champagne.
Pacific Ocean Bloody Mary
Our signature Bloody Mary mix, with a double wave of Ocean Vodka, adorned with a Cajun Salt rim, and topped off with Bacon.
Maui Mike’s Margarita
The perfect mix of Agave Nectar and fresh Lime Juice, drenched in Don Julio Silver, and topped with Grand Marnier.
Aloha Fruit Punch
A refreshing mixture of Juices, with a generous amount of Mango Vodka. Careful, it packs quite a punch.
Diamond’s Mule
Certainly not a donkey of a mule, topped with Ginger Beer and Lime, swimming in Jameson, served in a copper mug.
South Maui Mai Tai
A Hawaiian classic, made with the charm of South Maui. White Rum, Orange Curacao, Juices, topped with Dark Rum.
Pina Colada or Lava Flow
